Luciano Rigobelo is a Brazilian-Canadian guitarist, vocalist, and composer based in Vancouver, BC. With over 25 years of professional performance experience rooted in jazz, bossa nova, and MPB, he has performed at some of Vancouver's most respected venues and events, including the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Day of Music and Canada's longest-running Jazz Vespers series at St. Andrew's Wesley United Church. He has collaborated with leading Vancouver jazz musicians including Dan Reynolds (piano), Simon Millerd (trumpet), Isaac Zee (violin), and Diego Perez (drums).

His original compositions, including Black Bear, Lydia, and Mente Quieta, reflect a practice shaped by Brazilian musical heritage and the improvisational spirit of jazz. He holds conservatory training from Conservatório Souza Lima in São Paulo and completed advanced jazz studies with Grammy Award-winning vibraphonist Gary Burton through Berklee College of Music.
